Ok – Hands up we all like to cut the odd corner when it comes to daily chores but there are a few things that you think you can get away with, but in reality you really, really shouldn’t.

Corporate Clothing Additions At JKL

JKL the web based Corporate Clothing provider will shortly be adding the retail Brook Taverner Collection to it range.This will mean that along with the high quality suiting and tailoring presently available from Brook Taverner our customers will also be able to order the retail garments seen on many high streets up and down the country.

The Brook Taverner retail products include garments with a casual look and feel. These include jeans, corded trousers and casual jackets such as the Ayr jacket, the fabric of which is produced exclusively for Brook Taverner by Reid and Taylor of Scotland. 

The material used is a Saxony 520 gram weight which has been styled into a 3 buttoned sports jacket complete with ticket pocket. Both warm and smart the Ayr jacket is sure to keep you protected from whatever the British weather decides to throw at you.

Style and quality are as ever at the forefront of Brook Taverner corporate clothing and all fabrics used meet the Oeko-Tex standard 100 environmental requirements. Brook Taverner also test all their garments prior to releasing them onto the market place. These tests include laboratory testing of all fabrics along with wearer testing for a minimum of 6 months to ensure each and every product style performs to the standard required during daily life.

Portwest Workwear Size Chart

Correctly fitting workwear is essential if you are to feel comfortable and safe when at work. JKL Clothing have recently added a page dedicated to the Portwest Workwear Size Guide so that potential Portwest workwear buyers can select the correct size when ordering.

JKL Clothing carry the entire Portwest Workwear range including Flame Retardant, High Visibility and Chef wear ranges. Established for over 100 years Portwest have become synonymous with quality workwear garments.

Sizing is a major issue when selecting any item of clothing and even more so when choosing workwear garments that are worn for up to 12 hours a day in some of the most arduous working conditions. Staff Clothing for Walk to Work Week

Walk to Work Week is a national challenge organised by the charity Living Streets. Taking place from the 14th to the 18th of May 2012 it promises to be well supported by companies and organisations up and down the land.

The overall aim of the week is to get people walking to and from work, whilst at work, during lunchtime and beyond thereby improving peoples health and well being.

Organisations and employees are encouraged to sign up to the challenge and utilise the online tools available to record how much walking they do.

Workwear orders received by JKL Clothing continue to be dominated by cold weather workwear garments. The UK has just had the wettest April since records began and this has certainly transferred to the styles of workwear clothing that we have dispatched to our customers and received enquiry after enquiry for.

Top of the list has been garments from the Portwest Wet Weather Range such as the Portwest Sealtex Waterproof Jacket.

Here at JKL Clothing we have a fantastic T-shirt printing service available, not only that we can also print on a wide range of other garments and products.

You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from JKL Clothing; each printed product we produce is of very high quality and we have the ability and facilities to accommodate to all order sizes ranging from a minimum of 10 through to orders as large as 20,000 products plus.

Prices will vary on a variety of products and the designs you require, for example for your first colour we will provide you with a printing charge of £1.80 per item for between 10-49 items, however if you are ordering over 2000 items with us you will receive a charge of £0.40 per item. We also add additional screen print set up charges; these are £15.00 per screen for order with less than 100 items, say the pattern on the front is different to the back you would need 2 screens, which would be £30.

New Workwear For 2012

Now that Christmas has been and gone JKL Clothing can finally promote our new ranges of Workwear clothing and products. We have been working hard sourcing the workwear clothing market for the best brands and products to add to our already comprehensive range.

A starting point when looking to add Workwear to our stock of clothing is to view each brand/product looking for quality, durability and value for money. We then look at which market each brand or product will best fit. Over the years we have tried to provide garments to fit all budgets.

So which products are new for 2012. Dickies the well established workwear brand have brought out a comprehensive range of new garments including a new waterproof padded coverall (WD003) and a range of footwear and safety boots. Portwest are another famous workwear brand that have added to their range and therefore JKL Clothing are able to bring these additional garments to our customers. This year Portwest are increasing their protective clothing range of products such as the Fossa Spectacle (PW046) and the Bizweld Flame Retardent Coverall (PW250).

New to the market in recent years are Regatta and they have also increased their range of workwear for 2012 with the addition of Hi Vis garments including a High Vis Breathable Bomber Jacket (RG187). One of JKL Clothing's most popular brands over recent years has been the RTY workwear brand. This brand has again added to its already comprehensive range with new enhanced visibility vests such as the (EV086). RTY have also produced new Workwear trousers, such as the RTY Workwear Utility Trouser (RT047).
