The Power of Workwear Uniform

The human psyche is often described as a strange thing and a recent investigation into the psychological effects of workwear uniforms has looked at their power and effect on our day to day lives and how we feel.

Anyone who has pulled on a new team kit or buttoned up the jacket of a new school uniform will tell you that looking good makes you feel good. That's not just a saying it is a well known psychological fact that we are what we wear.

Wearing a workwear uniform can encourage a real sense of identity and belonging to a team. Many business owners have realised long ago that employee moral can be greatly affected by the workwear clothing they wear and how that makes them feel.

If we add to this the free advertising benefits of an embroidered item of workwear uniform, it soon becomes apparent that investment in staff clothing can really pay dividends on so many different levels.

JKL Clothing have long held the view that staff workwear clothing provides real long term benefits to both employer and employee alike. This is why they are constantly sourcing the best workwear brands on which they can embroider or print for added value ensuring both the company bosses and staff get the best possible deal.
